Thursday, December 30 - i am a ham I haven't blogged about christmas... it was fun... suprisingly...So the night before christmas we went over to nans to set the table and put up some decorations and stuff like that... i wasn't in the best mood... i was unhappy... i was sad... we set the table and has chinese take away for dinner... hehehehe... mitchie let me play on his comp for a while coz nan was on the phone and we kinda had nothing to do till dinner... i was playing a cool pirate game! hehehehe... i think it's called pirates... lol... anyway dinner was yummy and then mum, dad and i went home.. mitchie stayed over at nans that night because mum and dad didn't want nan to wake up in the house on her own on christmas morning... so anyway... On christmas day i woke up about 8:30 and got up, said all the merry christmases and all that... then i put on my dressing gown and ugg boots and dad took me to go pick up mitchie... yes i was still in my pj's... because on christmas morning the santa presents must be opened in pjs... hehehehe... anyway we brought mitchie home and we opened presents... santa was very good to me this year... i am spoilt! Mitchie and I bought mum season 2 of the West Wing... dad bought her season 3 and he also gave her season 4 although the original plan was to save it for her birthday in march... hehehehehe... W/N: I'm listening to 'Sexual Revolution' by Macy Gray! Lol. So after santa presents were opened i vaguely cleaned up the lounge room... i got dressed and all that... then at like 11 we went back over to nans and people were there... so we said hello and all that stuff... i've never been a fan of the kissing on the cheek thingey... it's kinda weird and i prefer hugs but my cousins are weird... anyway the females were generally in the kitchen and the guys were chatting in the lounge room... then we opened presents from our secret santas... lol... mitchie had me... and i knew because i'd seen the wrapped present before... anyway... then we had lunch... i had the best crappy joke in the christmas crackers... What do you get if you cross the atlantic with the titanic? About half way. Anyway much food was eaten and pudding was had... i had pudding! i never eat pudding but it was quite nice... we hung around listening to music... mitchie got Robbie Williams greatest hits so we put that on... it was kinda relaxing and all that... then we had to split.. we went home... I finished cleaning up the lounge room, [watching buffy... shhhh!]... dad had a little nap and mum was resting watching her west wing... at some point mitchie and i made a plate of kinda chips and dips, and some chocolate... then the next lot arrived... This gathering consisted of sitting in the lounge room chatting for a while, then when the three kids arrived i took them into the family room and we watched shrek... then we ate dinner... all the cracker jokes were pretty much the same... same food, except for potato bake... yum!... we chatted... all that stuff... then after dinner i took the kids to the family room again and we watched aladdin... like one and a half times... at some point i escaped back into the dining room for a while and dad gave me some port... and mitchie made me a fairy floss... with rum in it... and then i went back to look after the kids! LOL! anyway they were good kids... well they didn't get me on fire... hehehehehe... i hate how i only really get to see them at christmas, it kinda sucks... James is 6, Janessa (his sister) is like 2, and Charlene (their cousin) is like 4 or 5... i dont want to have the kind of relationship with them that i have with my other cousins... i never really liked them, i was uncomfortable around them since i only saw them every now and then... i want James, Charlene and Janessa to not feel uncomfortable with me... they're my second cousins... hehehehe... I can't really be bother to blog much more... this post has actually been an effort... usually they just kinda flow on... but this one hasn't... i think it's been too long since christmas.. and i'm only really posting because i feel like i should record the events of the holiday... Rachel's party yesterday... was fun/weird to see all my old friends again... it's a bit overwhelming... it was dress up so it was cool...whenever i kinda see them as a group talking and laughing and all that stuff i kinda just wanna burst into tears... sad tears... it's the whole 'torn between too worlds' thing... it's easier to be friends with my new friends coz they're all closer and i see them at school and all that but i really wish i could hang out with my old friends more... i didn't burst into tears though... i kept my cool... or tried to... I call that a lot... and i feel honored to still be included... they don't seem to want to let me go! Lol! Helani gave me a birthday present too yesterday... She made this awesome Cd case! It fits one cd and it has wilson stitched into it and i absolutely love it! And she gave me the "Life" CD! I was dancing around my room to it last night... she bought it last time she was in Lanka... so i feel special and cultured and all that! Shaz is in Lanka at the moment, but she emailed us and she's okay... All helani's family is alright she said, and all is Ishana's... Chandni is in Bali i think now, and she's fine... apparently Nuwan and Das are fine, i got the feeling that they are over there now... which is scary but as long as they're fine! Wish the Twins were at Rach's partay but they're in Italy apparently... for 5 weeks these holidays! Lol! Lucky things.. and lucky they're both learning Italian! I have a buffy problem... i spend $48 on the buffy gamecube game, and I spend $21 buying the first half of season 6... it's so cheap! anyway i'm not really allowed to buy any more... but i would like to buy seasons 3 and 4... i bought season 6 first half mainly because it has once more with feeling! Which i absolutely love! It's probably one of my fav episodes.. along with Hush and the ep straight after once more with feeling where they all lose their memories... hehehehe... and maybe i'd buy season 7... my least fav season is season 5, and season 1 i've seen too much, season 2 is alright, nothing special... season 3 season finale is amazing but the faith/mayor stuff is kinda heavy... and i like season 4 coz of oz... dont like riley at all so maybe i could only get the first half of it... But anyway i have a buffy problem... i need help... i admitted i have a problem! Can i watch buffy now? I am proud to say that these holidays all i've done is watch buffy, paint my nails and eat ham and candy canes... go me! crumble | 4:11 pm
