Sunday, August 14 - Happy Birthday Kate. So on thursday mum took me shopping to DFO and we ended up buying a total of no clothes, just three pairs of shoes.Just got back from Kate's party. My feet hurt. Blisters. I wore the new pair of boots mother had bought me from DFO. So pretty. But after four hours they hurt. The party was good. I got Kate a street directory because every driver needs one, and it was perfect because she'd just got a car. I didn't know many people there. A couple of people from primary school, Daniel, Claudia and Sam. Kylie from netball years ago. But the netball girls from this year were there, so I had people to talk to. Gemma had a cruiser. She's too young to drink. Bernie had two cruisers. She is also too young to drink. Kris also had two cruisers. She is also also too young to drink. Erin had three cruisers, she is old enough to drink (not legally but in my book yes). Lol, the group of us (Bernie, Gemma and I) were standing inside near the DJ pretending to dance (well I was just standing there and the other two were dancing, because I don't dance). Anyway this guy comes up to us and introduces himself, his name is sean, we all shake his hand. He's standing between Gemma and I and he's dancing. I tried to dance, I really did. But it was this techno shit that really really sucks to dance to so I didn't really dance. He eventually left. Lol. Before the above incident, a group of us (Bernie, Gemma, Erin, Kris and I) were standing around the fire thingey chatting. This guy comes up to us. Completely pissed. We all introduce ourselves. He asks us what the last letter in his name is. His name is Skotti. Apparently. Anyway he chats to us and he's very nice and funny (because drunk people are soooo funny). Eventually he left. Vowing to return and remember our names. He did not return. Everytime I went and stood near Kristen the people she was talking too just disappeared. First it was sean (before the dancing) she was talking to, he left. Then the other two guys that were there. Then I sat down and three girls disappeared. Honestly, I think I smell. I didn't drink. I don't know why I don't. I just don't. I'm claiming it's against my religion. Dad's upset because he missed the last 10 minutes of his movie because he had to come and pick me up. He was going to call me and tell me he was going to be late but my phone had run out of battery. We got home and the credits were rolling (Kate's house is like 2 minutes away) [work that out in your head]. There were an assortment of pretty boys at the party. None of which spoke to me in any way. With the exception of Skotti and Sean. Oh and two random boys who said hello as I was walking past. Smile and keep walking. If they want you, they will follow you. Lol.. The invitation said Kath + 1. I went by myself. Omg I just totally remembered. Cute boy that attends all of Roma's parties. I have spoken to him twice, both times he has been intoxicated. The second time he did not remember speaking to me the first time. Lol. Oh and I forgot to remember to record Doctor Who tonight, so I got the second half of. I'm very upset, it was the season finale. For ever apparently. Christopher Eccleson apparently doesn't want to do another season. I am most disappointed. Firefly isn't as good as Buffy and Angel. Probably because it didn't have the time to really tell the stories of the characters. No character development. Mal probably the most. Was shocked at the history of how Kaylee came to be the ship's mechanic. "Engines get her hot". Omg. Can you believe it was the first time i've been inside Kate's house? Since she moved some years ago. I remember her old house very well. Exactly the same design as Jess's. You could be in Kate's room and hear Ian banging on his wardrobe. Omg I saw Ian. He's gotten so TALL!! and his voice got so DEEP!! OMG!!! It's SHOCKING NEWS!! My feet are cold. crumble | 12:13 am
