Saturday, May 22 - Angel's Food Drive Sends Cake to Cast & Crew on April 7th In honor of all the fans who have donated to Angel's Food Drive, raising $13,761 so far. The team at Angel's Food Drive have personally paid for 2 huge cakes (enough to serve 200 people) to be delivered to the cast and crew at the Angel set on Wednesday April 7th. We have liaised with a member of the production crew to ensure that the cakes are delivered right to the set at 11am tomorrow. One is a yellow cake with pineapple Italian cream filling and vanilla buttercream icing. The other is almond with a hazelnut Italian cream filling. They will both have the Angel's Food Drive Logo on them. The pineapple cake will say: "Congratulations on 5 great seasons! www.angelsfooddrive.com". The other will say: "Fans have donated $11,000 to The L.A. Regional Food Bank to help the needy and save Angel. www.angelsfooddrive.com". Uproar at Fox over delivery of 1,000 balloons from Angel Fans! 1,000 red and black balloons imprinted with 'Save Angel. Help the Helpless. $13,700 raised. www.angelsfooddrive.com' were delivered to three 20th Century Fox executives yesterday as part of Phase II of our campaign. FOX previously agreed to accept delivery of our balloons. However when they arrived, let's just say 1,000 balloons caused a bit of a stir. Our top-notch delivery people stuck it out in front of the FOX gate for over an hour until the executives themselves agreed to accept 120 balloons. They also received a card detailing the money raised for the food drive. The remaining balloons were sent to local hospitals. The owner of the balloon shop reported to us that the people at FOX definitely got the message. We caused an uproar! Folks in the FOX offices had lots to talk about around the water cooler! Photos of the balloons were taken in front of the FOX lot. We should be receiving these photos in a few days and will post them here at our site as soon as they get to us. IN OTHER NEWS : ABC didn't pick up Gramercy Park (Milo's new show). :-( : Gilmore Girls has been renewed for season 5 : Angel has been cancelled : Amy Sherman-Palladino is writing the script for the movie Gossip Girl.(?? Is it the same as the books?) SORRY I kinda got distracted... Angel has been cancelled... Gilmore Girls has been renewed for season 5. There is no knews about GG dvd's in Australia or anywhere out of region 1... Damn... Oh well... bought a dress today... formal dress... deb dress... saw a pretty blue one at smick... mum didn't like it... i wasn't in the mood to try it on but i wanna go shoppin one day and find a pretty one... I think it was Kath's birthday party where we watched Gilmore Girls coz it was a Saturday... and we played lotsa music... including the GG theme song over and over... must download music... I miss Dave... Shit I swore... Fuck I did it again... The Festival of Living Art I'm tryin to organise logistics of the trampoline party... working on it... but its going to be small so dont be offended if ur not invited coz i don't wanna break blasphemy... that wouldnt be good since he cost us a good $300... bout the same price as my formal dress actually... whoa... amazing... i want a nice top... crumble | 3:47 pm
